It was a really fun trip, although very quick. Tommy, my mom, my dad, Sarah (my sister in law), baby Charlotte (the newest addition), and myself all piled into our MiniVan to make the drive. Garrett flew out but drove home with us. I was extremely suprised how comfortable we all were... it was a little tight in the back seat (two full grown adults and a carseat), but nothing terrible. Having everyone drive together (except Evan and Jeannie, who flew both ways- lucky!) made the 14 hour drive go very fast... we talked, laughed, kareoked, and of coarse slept. Since everyone was old enough to drive, we switched often; except for Tommy... he wanted to "BE MAN" (imagine him banging his chest) and drive the entire way there. It was a really fun trip, and we are so excited to have Sheri a part of our family!
(thanks Jeanie for the pics.... I can never remember my camera - and when I do the batteries are dead, like now)
